Nurse Trish is the absolute best ever! I went to her for two years before leaving Austin and now that I’m back it was a no brainer where I wanted to go and who I wanted to see. She always takes her time to educate you and answer any and all questions you may have to come up with the best plan for YOU. Plus the results are always natural and spot-on! Not to mention everyone else on the team that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with is always amazing. They truly go above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about them. Got my lips injected by Nurse Trish & left with permanent scarring. She overly injected my lips & because I was young I did not speak up & I still paid. I was told it was swelling but it was not swelling because it never went down. 3 weeks later I complained about my lips hurting badly & being overly injected.. I was then again charged a $75 dissolve fee of my top lip & still paid it - being young & naive. The dissolve left a permanent deep scar line on my lip. I should have got a full refund but instead was charged more. I’m going to make videos on tik tok about this. I am owed my money back plus future cost to try to fix this.
