Friendliest and most knowledgeable practitioners! From the practitioners to the layout of their office, the vibe was so welcoming. I came in today to get a consultation and pick up my prize from their 12 Days of Christmas giveaway. I won a travel size Alastin skincare kit 😊. Aesthetic nurse specialist Becky (@botoxby.becky) performed my consultation. She was friendly and professional. She was able to explain which procedures would benefit my concerns and also expanded on other techniques that they perform in the office. I was also able to meet Dr. LeFlame, their medical director, and Jaime, another aesthetic nurse specialist. I was offered a refreshment during my consultation as well. I will definitely be returning to get either a chemical peel or skinpen microneedling.

I've been getting facials with Lauren for months now and I can't say enough about how amazing she is! She's really thoughtful about the treatments and explains everything in detail at your first facial. The face and shoulder massages are unreal and are the most relaxing experience I've ever had at a spa. As a busy mom, it's my favorite self-care and I'm always glowing afterwards. Definitely see Lauren!

Now that I am getting older, I realize I need to take care of my skin so I went in to get my first facial here and had a really solid experience. Lauren was the esthetician and she was really amazing. She is really easy to talk to and read the room really well. When i wanted to talk, she reciprocated. When I wanted to enjoy the experience, she allowed for peace and quiet. The quality of service and products used was great and the staff was all really nice. I would recommend.

Found my new go-to med spa! I had such a great experience from start to finish. I started with Lauren for my first-ever dermaplane facial, and she was amazing. She was incredibly kind and walked me through everything she was doing, explaining the process in detail and answering all of my skincare questions while making thoughtful recommendations. She was very gentle - the experience was so relaxing, and I'm obsessed with the results. Next, I saw Jamie for Botox and she was just as wonderful—bubbly, energetic, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. She took the time to educate me on the process, listened carefully to what I wanted, and never tried to upsell or recommend anything she didn’t truly think I needed. The entire process was quick and painless. They also helped me set up my Allē account and applied the discount to my service, which I really appreciated. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to family and friends!

I’ve officially found my forever medspa! My entire experience was incredible from start to finish. I saw Jaime and Becky, and they were both amazing! Jaime is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time to explain every step so you feel completely informed and comfortable. Unlike other med spas I’ve been to, she didn’t push unnecessary treatments and really keeps your goals in mind. She truly focuses on enhancing your natural beauty without going overboard! Becky is an absolute light! Her energy is uplifting, and her skill level is just as impressive. I got an under-eye PRP injection with microneedling and was honestly so nervous beforehand. Becky’s calm, confident presence immediately put me at ease. She has such a gentle touch that before I knew it, the whole treatment was done! I also want to highlight their medical director, Candace. She’s so kind, professional, and made the entire screening process an absolute breeze! And the cherry on top: super easy parking! There’s a spacious lot right in front of the building.
