VIO Med Spa | Houston West U

I had a great experience at VIO Med Spa West U. The clinic feels clean, professional, and not intimidating. I saw Dr. Zahra for prp injectables and she was excellent. She listened to what I wanted, kept things very natural, and explained everything in a way that made sense. I didn’t feel pushed to do more than I was comfortable with. I’d definitely recommend VIO West U and Dr. Zahra to any guy considering treatment for the first time.

Such a great experience at V/O Med Spa. Everything I’ve tried there has been a home run, but what really stands out is the level of care they put into their Hydrafacials. You never feel rushed—they’re thoughtful, attentive, and clearly focused on delivering the best possible experience and results. The new ownership is incredibly sweet, present, and genuinely invested in your experience, which makes a huge difference. The location is also super convenient for West U, Southside Place, and nearby neighborhoods—and as a big bonus, I can bike there. Highly recommend if you value exceptional service and a med spa that truly cares.

Such a great experience! The esthetician was wonderful and the spa is clearly very well managed. Dr. Zahra was calm, professional, and welcoming! I know they have had a bit of turnover recently but I really like the new staff and it already feels better run than it had on prior visits.

Emily and Adriana have been amazing for me! I have gotten multiple hydrafacials with Emily. She provides a very relaxing experience and I always get compliments on my skin after! Adriana is a nurse injector for my Botox and provides a very natural but effective result as we all want! I highly recommend them both!
