Mackenzie, Stephanie & the whole VIO team are incredible! They are all so kind and made me so comfortable getting while getting Botox for the first time. Mackenzie took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her and VIO more!!!

I had my first ever facial this weekend with Chloe. She explained everything that she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. My skin has never felt so clean! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

First time at VIO Med Spa and it’s not going to be my last. I went to see McKenzie for my Dysport treatment. I love her personality and she’s very upfront with what we’re doing. Which I love. She is very knowledgeable and just very easy to talk to. The place looks very nice and clean and modern. The front staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Sam gave me my chemical peel and was so knowledgeable about the whole process. She told me step by step what she was doing and how it works and then gave super detailed instructions for how to care for my skin during and after treatment. She was super personable and overall it was a great experience!

Just had such a wonderful experience at VIO! I recently moved the Boston and I’ve been looking for a reliable med spa and I’m so happy I found this one! Mackenzie was so incredibly nice and informative and made me feel so comfortable and welcome! From the moment I walked into the door (I wish I caught her name but she was the receptionist and she was so warm and welcoming) thank you for such a great experience and warm welcome!! I can’t wait to see my results and come back!! Truly a 10/10
