The ladies who work there are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they also make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. One thing I appreciate most is that they never try to oversell you—they only recommend what you genuinely need to feel confident in your own skin and they educate you on the reasons why. I’ve had the same services done at other places, and I have yet to experience results as amazing as the ones I’ve had at Venus. Their precision, care, and expertise truly set them apart. The office itself is clean, beautiful, and inviting. And if you’re lucky, you might even get to meet their adorable office doggies, which makes the whole experience that much more comforting. All in all, Venus offers top-tier aesthetic work with diligent, knowledgeable, and highly skilled care and personnel. I couldn’t recommend them more. 🤎

Yedelis gave me the best recommendations and a treatment plan that already has my skin looking incredible. She really focuses on long-term skin health, which I love. Mel, my aesthetician for microneedling, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions; my skin is glowing thanks to her. Congrats to Yedelis on such a wonderful team. Stay far away!! I called earlier in the week for injections and they told me to come in on Saturday at 9am, that it is first come first serve with the nurse. It’s my first time as a client and I confirmed I didn’t need an appointment. I arrive Saturday at 9:05 and the door is locked. Two other ladies show up, both confused. We all wait half an hour and with multiple calls from each of us no one answers. I give it another 15 min and decided to leave. I spent $65 in a Lyft there and back and almost an hour just waiting. I finally get a call around 10:15 saying they had a missed call from this number and why. Really no pleasantries or kindness, they seemed more annoyed with me than anything. They say because you’re a first time client you didn’t get a text saying they were closed for an event that morning. Then why did the front desk person tell me to come in on Saturday at 9am? Also the other two ladies were not first time clients and did not receive a text. I was told they posted on their social media that they would be closed in the morning… sorry I’m a grown adult and called your office to confirm I can come in at 9am instead of checking your instagram. Silly me. The lady over the phone offered a discount (didn’t say in what amount), which I doubt covers my wasted time and money on Lyfts. I trust my body too much and if this is how they run their “medical spa” I certainly don’t trust them with my health. This is a terrible first experience. There’s ample, more organized, kinder spas in Miami, I would go there over here any day of the week. They seriously lack any semblance of maturity. Edit: What I can only assume is a passive aggressive & sarcastic response from the owner, only verifies more my previous sentiment. We’re talking about people’s health & time and that’s not something to joke around about. I hope the owner severely matures moving forward.

I’ve done my lips here a few times and they never disappoint. Very clean and professional environment! I would recommend to everyone!
