I should’ve read the reviews before I booked a Groupon. After I purchased the Groupon, I read all the reviews about how negative he is if you use a Groupon. I got a long scolding about how I should not use Groupon. They take my money and they take 30% so why do you advertise on Groupon???? He basically told me I couldn’t redeem it even though I printed it out after it said when you’re ready to redeem you printed out, it literally says that, and I’ve never had an issue before with Groupon. To brag about how he’s patterned and so successful. I am very annoyed because I actually had emailed and called to address the voicemail that I got when I went to reschedule because the voicemail specifically says that if you see a good deal on Groupon, take a picture of it and bring it in and he’ll honor it and just to share nobody answers the phone or response to your emails as I had rescheduled from a few weeks ago or tried to and then today I was running late and I tried to call and nobody answered yet when I walked in he’s sitting in his office so he does not pick up the phone. I was very polite to him until he started getting very aggressive with his words, making me feel like I’m getting ripped off by Groupon and that I should not ever use Groupon Yet he advertises through Groupon If he is that successful, he shouldn’t need to advertise on Groupon! He basically would not do service on me because I used the Groupon. He kept asking me what I paid for my services and wanted to explain how much his services would cost if I didn’t use Groupon. It was very uncomfortable as I’m very nice person and couldn’t believe how he treated me, especially as a first time customer. I highly recommend no lines by design They treat you so great there and always try to give you a good price! I only came here because it was closer to me with my busy schedule and I wanted to try this place out. I can’t imagine what he would do to my face and how uncomfortable it would be to have him stick a needle to my face knowing he talks to people and acts the way he acts. A person should always stay humble, even if they are successful. I am on my way home with a waste of 45 minutes to my day when I am super busy with work Going to call Groupon and ask for my money back so I can go use a service from someone else that actually cares and isn’t rude! He kept saying because he’s Chinese that’s the way they are. They are a Star meaning nothing under receiving an A is acceptable. I am actually married to a Chinese man who is extremely respectful, very hard-working and believes in the whole a star service as well and he never talks to people the way this man talk to me. I felt very disrespected because I’m white he immediately brought up the fact that my last name is a Chinese name and he was shocked because I’m Not chinese

I actually really like his work. If ur like me then u judge too soon but with patience and trust, he does an excellent job every time.

Do not put your credit card info in. They took out over $370 right away. I canceled appointment. I am sorry you can hold a credit card for a no show or cancellation fee but to charge me for the full service instantly is crazy . Still waiting on refund to hit my bank

Horrible, I've arrived a little early, Doc said good you are here, the faster you get home. Told me I should not have used Groupon because he has to pay 30% to them. No consulting, just a quick talk. Didn't remove my makeup, just nomed the area where the injection were placed, quick 5 minutes and he said I will see results asap. After 8 hours I still don't see any changes. Would not recommend him.

Dr. Yen is a great injector! His prices are great. His office is clean. I love how he just knows my face and I don’t have to spend a long time at his office.
