Total Med Solutions has been my favorite place for years! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and skilled, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. They take their time and make sure everything is done right. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and maintain very high standards of cleanliness and quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for consistent, beautiful results.

Matthew got us set up with an appointment and walked us through the basics of BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) and women’s hormone therapy. We met with Melanie at the Dallas office, and she was amazing — very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything about testosterone and estrogen balance and how pellet therapy works. We left feeling informed and hopeful, with way more clarity than we ever expected. We’re going back soon to start treatment, and we feel really confident about it. I’d definitely recommend Total Med Solutions to anyone looking for help with women’s hormones, BHRT, or testosterone therapy in the Dallas area.
