WOW! This clinic is amazing. Everything has been designed so thoughtfully, and everyone is helpful. This is my first visit to this clinic. I went for IV therapy before a trip out of town (many plane rides, airports, and seeing family with young children - during flu season) and consulted with Natalie. They helped me pick the best options for hydration and immune support. 3 days after returning from the trip, I’m happy to say I am the only person from the trip who didn’t get sick! THANK YOU!

Their expertise made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. During the treatment, they took every measure to minimize discomfort, even providing a cozy blanket. Their attentiveness and professionalism were evident throughout the process.After the treatment, Jade kept in touch, checking on my progress and asking for pictures to monitor my healing. Nearly three weeks later, I can confidently say my face looks beautiful—my lines are softer, my skin is tighter, and my complexion is radiant. It’s clear that the team at Tone Medical Aesthetics prioritizes patient comfort while achieving impressive results. This medical spa, with its exceptional staff, is my top choice!

I had the best experience here! I saw Natalie and she was absolutely amazing — so comforting, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She walked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. The spa itself is so pretty and relaxing, which made the whole visit feel even more enjoyable. All of the girls there were so welcoming and kind, too. I’m already excited to come back! I had such a great experience at Tone! The aesthetic of the office was very welcoming from the moment I walked in and everyone there was so kind. This was my first experience getting any kind of Botox treatment and Natalie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She has a calming presence and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions so I felt completely comfortable. The treatment itself was quick and nearly painless and after just a few days out from my appointment, I saw full results! I left feeling cared for and hopeful for the first time about my struggles with hyperhidrosis. I finally feel confident and like myself again. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone considering this or similar treatments.

I had a laser treatment at Tone Aesthetics today with Natalie and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding from the front desk receptionist to Natalie who performed my treatment.
