The office is clean and beautiful and the all the receptionists were friendly and helpful. My appointment with Dr. Vasic started right on time and she and her assistant were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Vasic knew very quickly was was wrong and clearly laid out my options with the pros and cons. She made herself available for follow up. Seamless and easy visit.

Dr. Dhingra is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Took the time to listen, explain every step, and made the entire cosmetic visit feel reassuring. His eye for detail and natural results are the best I've experienced in NYC. I felt completely confident in his recommendations throughout the visit. An outstanding experience with a doctor I would recommend without hesitation.

I went to this clinic twice — the first time for a diagnosis because I had acne, and the second time for a follow-up two months later. Honestly, the service felt very impersonal. They never actually looked at my acne; they just sat on the other side of the room. They also never took any photos at the first appointment or at the follow-up. When they asked me questions, they sounded almost robotic — literally reading a list of questions off a paper, without making eye contact or even thinking about what they were asking. I’m not expecting a highly customized or luxury service — just the basics. At the very least, I expect someone to get closer, actually look at the type of acne I have, maybe use a magnifying tool, and genuinely examine the area I’m trying to treat — and document it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going if you’re looking for a personalized appointment. Maybe this happened because I only paid a co-pay and the consultation was covered by my insurance? I eventually stopped going because it felt like a waste of time. It’s my own body and face, so I want to make sure I’m being properly treated.

Just had my first visit with Dr Jelena Vasic. What a breath of fresh air to have someone that takes their time and walks you through a game plan to improve your skin. She was kind, informative, and actually showed interest in helping. Great office and staff too, will definitely be a patient here moving forward.

Spring Street Dermatology was recommended by my gynecologist. It was easy to get an appointment, the staff are friendly and efficient. The PA who saw me gave very helpful information as she did the examination. In short, a great experience.
