All of the team members at the Wilshire SCMS are excellent, professional and friendly. They are very responsive to inquiries and questions. The clinic is clean. I will have to see if the Pico Laser treatments are effective, but the process so far is excellent and I would recommend this location.

The staff at South Coast MedSpa is very warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in to the office. I got picosure laser done on my face and just had the first session out of 3. The laser session itself was very comfortable and I look forward to my next two, and seeing the continuous results.

I’ve worked with a couple of skin care clinics and tried several different treatments, but none were as effective as my treatment with South Coast. The staff were wonderful - professional, courteous, and diligent with their evaluation and tailoring my treatment to address my personal needs. Kira, Sarah, and Samantha, thank you again.

I’ve been going to South Coast MedSpa (their Brentwood, LA location) for a few years now. I first went back during covid, but had briefly relocated to the Bay Area before moving back to LA again. While in the Bay Area I went to a different laser hair removal place, but didn’t love them as much as I did at South Coast MedSpa. When I moved back to LA, I was thrilled to be going back to them again. When I first went I got my underarms and Brazilian done. Most recently I’ve included my upper lip and full legs. Not having to shave and have smooth skin has been a huge time saver! I also have a skin condition that makes me itch in certain areas that I have hair so getting laser hair removal wasn’t only for cosmetic reasons. Since I’ve started getting the sessions I itch a whole lot less and my skin is more consistent in color and smooth. Having better skin has given me confidence that I didn’t have before. I usually see Cheryl for appointments and she’s absolutely wonderful! So easy to chat with during the sessions. And she has little tricks she can use if the pain is feeling “spicy” as we like to say. They do offer numbing cream if needed or ice packs can be used if you’d like to save money. The ladies at the front desk are also always so polite and kind. I’ve honestly have never had a bad interaction with anyone working there and they are usually on time. Would highly recommend!

Let me just state clearly and from every rooftop, if you’re considering a procedure, don’t delay, just book it! My specialist is Monica and yes I’m boldy biased because she made my experience go from a coward wincing in pain to just 2 ladies chatting about our day. She explained every step in my tattoo removal, was extremely receptive to my body language during the laser and offered immense support. I even booked my next procedure to make sure I get her. Honorable mention goes to Samantha, an absolute refreshing bowl of joy.
