I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sattler and the entire Sound Plastic Surgery team. From my very first consultation to now (7 months post-op), the team has operated with such kindness, compassion, and comprehensibility. In addition to my lack of confidence in my nose, I also had a deviated septum that made it IMPOSSIBLE to breathe normally. I had visited multiple ENTs that also confirmed that surgical intervention was needed, but I’m so glad I chose a doctor that could not only address my breathing concern, but also give me the nose of my dreams. Every question has been answered in a timely manner, and every worry or anxiety was reassured. I struggled with very severe anxiety, and the team was able to accommodate and address my concerns by scheduling my rhinoplasty as the first procedure of the day and ensuring I was as comfortable as possible and smiling before heading to the operating room. The healing process was such a breeze and I barely bruised at all. Dr. Sattler’s work speaks for itself. I love my nose and it truly brings tears to my eyes to feel so beautiful. Plus, I can breathe and smell for what feels like the first time in my life! I am forever grateful to him and his team for making me feel so special and cared for. I can undoubtedly share that I had made the best decision choosing Sound Plastic Surgery for my care.
