I recently had the pleasure of visiting SkinFix Studios for a facial, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The facial itself was heavenly. My esthetician, Callie Valocchi, was knowledgeable and attentive, customizing the treatment to my skin’s specific needs. I appreciated her recommendations on products and techniques to maintain healthy skin. The products used were high-quality and left my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant. I especially loved the calming and relaxing environment, which helped me unwind completely. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and more confident in my skin. I highly recommend SkinFix Studios to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience. I can’t wait to return for my next visit!

As a nurse who is very familiar with injections and facial anatomy, I believe the consultation is the most important part of any aesthetic appointment …it should feel collaborative, thorough, and therapeutic. While I appreciated the detailed explanation of Dysport vs. Botox, I ultimately left feeling unheard. I clearly expressed multiple times that my priority was symmetry and subtle lifting, with micro-dosing “sprinkles” across the upper face for smoothing and balance. I do not have significant 11s or static wrinkles, and I typically respond very well to 50 units of Botox distributed across the upper face for preventative care, lift, and symmetry… which was also the advertised special. Despite explaining this three times, the recommendation was to inject Dysport only in the 11s. My expression was uneasy with this plan to do just 11s, a nurse should respond to this? as it does not align with how my face responds best. I proceeded, but the result was limited to the 11s and created a heavier, drooped appearance in my forehead… the opposite of the lift and symmetry I was seeking. I value open communication and shared decision-making in aesthetic care. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my goals were not prioritized, and that my money was not well spent. I know better to respond to specials now and will stick with my fnp injector who is more experienced and costly. I wish i was more transparent about not being comfortable with recommending only 11s, though allie was ready with needle at my head and not up for considering thorough assessment and options for treatment plans based on my priority. I hope this goes away and I can forget about this dysport from under my skin soon.

I came in for microneedling with Amber and she was so amazing! They have the cutest office space and the entire staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They’re very knowledgeable and my skin looks and feels so amazing after just one treatment! 🤍

Callie was very nice! She took her time accessing and understanding my concerns. The office is very nice and polished. The location is great. I’m very happy with my visit and loving my results. Would recommend!

I had sculptra done with Alli and she was amazing! She was so professional and gentle. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt so taken care of throughout the entire appointment.
