I’ve been coming here for laser treatments for years and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. Appointments are efficient and well organized, so I’m usually in and out in just minutes without ever feeling rushed. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for well over a year to get a variety of services, including Microneedling and laser. So far I have enjoyed my experience and I really really enjoy the bundles and specials. I started here on a Groupon and then looked out for the deals online. I’m incredibly thankful to Ana and Elizabeth who have been with me through this journey and have done an incredible job of making me feel comfortable and the job in general - so again thank you ladies!!!!

I had my second microneedling treatment and much like the first, the staff was friendly, pleasant , attentive , and provided information on the process from start to finish. This is a well run establishment , will be returning!

I purchased a Groupon for a package of 3 PRP micro needling and it has been amazing! They have been great with fitting me in when I have a busy schedule. They are super busy so make sure to keep your appointments! Highly recommend Sienna and will be coming back for more services!

This place is completely unprofessional from start to finish. Based on my experience, it’s hard to believe they’re genuine. Customers are offered discounts in exchange for leaving reviews, which explains why the ratings don’t match the actual service quality. My appointment started over 20 minutes late because the manager was on the phone. No one acknowledged the delay or offered an apology. When the treatment finally began, the technician was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. She blamed me for not shaving “properly,” even though I followed the instructions provided and only missed a few small hairs. It wasn’t about the $15 disposable razor fee — it was the way she spoke to me, repeatedly making me feel embarrassed and criticized over something minor. Her attitude was nasty and humiliating the entire time. On top of that, she missed multiple spots and did not perform the treatment thoroughly, which is unacceptable given the cost of the service. The manager was no better — dismissive, uninterested, and clearly lacking basic customer service skills. The whole place felt chaotic and poorly managed. Save your money and go somewhere that treats clients with basic respect and professionalism.
