Seattle Plastic Surgery

I had seen Dr. Jonov for gynecomastia surgery to include liposuction on my chest. I highly recommend Dr. Jonov and Seattle Plastic Surgery. I am 44 year old male, who had gynecomastia since I was about 12 years old. Prior to having my surgery, almost half my mental energy was wasted on thinking about how my chest looked. I wore loose clothing. I was careful of the material a shirt was made of. I avoided situations where I had to take my shirt off. Anytime someone said the word nipple, I cringed. I had puffy nipples, and that was what I was most insecure about. I accepted that men develop man boobs as they get older. But having man boobs and puffy nipples on top of that was especially hard on my mental health. Since having the procedure my wife says I carry myself with a new confidence. I wear whatever I want. I had to pause to realize I have so much more mental energy to think about things that actually matter. A lot of people feel having this procedure done is out of reach due to cost. And I understand that viewpoint. It is valid. It took me a few years to save for the procedure. But let me tell you, spending money on yourself is never a waste of money. Sure, the procedure was about the price of a used car, but how many cars will you own in your lifetime? You get this done and your whole life will change for the better. You cannot put a price on your mental health.
