SDBotox - Little Italy

I loved my experience at SD Botox. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly, and the lobby was modern, clean, and comfortable. I came in for BBL Facial Laser Treatment; this was my first facial laser ever. I met with Rita, who ensured I was familiar with all the facts beforehand. We talked about my concerns, and she directly addressed them. I was aware of everything she was doing to my skin beforehand, no surprises! The treatment wasn't very painful, and didn't take long at all. Now, as my face is healing, I'm seeing the results I was promised. Fairly priced for a fantastic experience. Will definitely be coming back here!!

I recently visited this location to see Crystal for skin resurfacing needs on my face, and had a great experience. I was so nervous about the pain associated with the micro laser peel/ ProFractional laser treatment, but she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Crystal explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the procedure, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain that I couldn’t tolerate. Her calm and confident approach really eased my anxiety. I also appreciated the initial consult and pre treatment regimen to help prep my skin and nerves for the best outcome. The results have been impressive. I had some etched-in lines on my face and neck that were starting to bother me, and I’ve already noticed smoother texture and a more refreshed look. I also love the vibe of this location — the urban Little Italy warehouse aesthetic and décor give it a modern, elevated feel while still being welcoming. And having two available parking spots in the back lot is such a convenient bonus in this area.

Nurse Crystal has been doing my cosmetic treatments for the last four years and I can not say enough good things about her and the girls at the Little Italy office! She so warm and welcoming and extremely thorough with walking you through the treatment process making it a very comfortable experience overall. 10/10 always :)

My provider Crystal was wonderful very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. The environment is beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend SD Botox to anyone looking for great results and a welcoming atmosphere.

Natalie was fantastic. She knew exactly what I was wanting. So personable, so professional. I'm, as always, so happy with my results. The front desk too is so friendly and helpful and got me all signed up for the package I was wanting easily too. This is the place to go!
