I received prompt service and excellent care. The staff were cordial and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to friends and I will definitely return if needed.

Doctor was fine, billing via California Skin Institute is a SCAM. They double bill! It's also like an assembly line production in the office. I received a bill saying I didn't pay my copay. I absolutely paid my copay and contacted them. Now a month later I get an email stating they can't find my payment and I need to submit proof via a bank statement. The email contains no instructions on how to submit said statement and it's a no reply email address. I reached out and they sent me a link to upload. A week later and still nothing has been done. I will never go here again.

Peter is by far one of the BEST dermatologists I’ve had the pleasure to work with — I just “graduated” today and have never felt so confident in my own skin! Highly recommend these great people!!!

Take a day off work to go here? Check. Show up and then told to sit for over 20 minutes past your appointment time in a small dingy room with hepa filters taped over all the vents? Check. Be unceremoniously told after less than five minutes that they won’t provide the service advertised on their website site and that you wasted your time? Check. Get deflecting denial that the doctor isn’t responsible because “they didn’t write the website”? Check But they’ll happily take your payment for all of this non-service. Don’t waste your time like I did.

they charge $390 for a 10 minute medical consult with the most patronizing and dismissive medical professional i've ever had the misfortune of encountering, aka Mike Karls. left the appointment in tears because of how insanely condescending he was and his refusal to engage with any of my concerns.
