Saelo

Saelo is such a gem that's found in SF. I received the Upkeeper and did I come out glowing. I highly recommend going to Saelo because: 1. You're getting treatments that are currently only available in Korea (giving you that glass skin by using top-tier skincare products they receive from Korea) 2. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I noticed they took their time analyzing my skin to configure what treatments to use. They walked me through each step of the process, so I knew what was happening and what was being put onto my skin. They are very friendly and great listeners to any concerns you may have. 3. There is absolute no-downtime. I have done skincare treatments where I did not want to be out in public for a week because the downtime needed for my skin to be back to "normal". I have had times where after the treatment made my skin look blotchy or swollen and needed a week to restore itself. Not at Saelo - the treatments are highly effective and have no downtime. You can get a treatment down and go out looking glowy within an hour. 4. The ambiance is great! The music, lighting, and temperature -- I've never felt more relaxed. 5.. It's a flat rate - no tip required because the owners pay their staff equitably. The price you book is the price you pay. I will be returning monthly or biweekly to get top-notch Korean skincare treatments for a fraction of the price like other clinics I've seen in the Bay.

Overall great experience! Seamless check in, bright and clean treatment room. I got the idealist facial balancing treatment during the friends and family period. The provider Allison was very professional and nice! She helped guide me to the best treatment for my face, and I ended up getting 30 units of xeomin in my forehead and eyebrows. One month later and my skin is looking great! Definitely less wrinkles than when I went in! Will return and would definitely recommend!

Excellent!!! My skin feels great and looks radiant, all in a span of 45 minutes. The whole process felt really good on my skin, and my specific concerns were addressed perfectly. It was also a super relaxing and seamless experience, from beginning to end. 11/10, strongly recommend!!

The most basic facial I’ve ever had. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the esthetician herself was warm and friendly. But the facial was extremely underwhelming. All it included was steam, extractions with a machine & metal tool, and a basic serum / moisturizer on top with a few minutes of led light. I left with enlarged pores from the metal extractions, which became inflamed the next day because they didn’t use any proper post-extraction products to close them. So now I have a new problem to solve that I didn’t have before. Overall, I could have done a better and more effective job at home with my own skincare.
