Revive Med Spa - Mission Valley

I’ve been going to Revive Med Spa for Botox treatments for several years now and have had consistently excellent experiences at both the Carmel Valley and Mission Valley locations. I actually didn’t start Botox until my mid-30s, initially to address the “11 lines” between my eyes that were causing headaches and eye strain. It began more as a wellness decision than a cosmetic one, and the results made such a difference that I’ve continued treatments ever since — now primarily for cosmetic enhancement while still appreciating the wellness benefits. The team has always taken a thoughtful and professional approach, and I’ve felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. One thing I especially appreciate is the consistency of care. I see the same provider at both locations, which has made the experience seamless and trustworthy. The staff is always welcoming, organized, and professional, and the overall environment feels polished and reassuring. Both locations are great in their own way. Carmel Valley is especially nice because of the shopping center and atmosphere, while Mission Valley is very convenient and easy to access. I’ve been so happy with my experience at both locations that I’m planning to explore the additional hair salon services at the Carmel Valley location this year. You can tell the ownership sets a high standard, and it shows in the quality of service and attention to detail throughout the practice. Phone calls and text messages are timely and easy. Highly recommend Revive Med Spa to anyone looking for professional, consistent, and trustworthy care.

I love this location! It’s beautiful and they time patients wonderfully. I loved visiting Shanan for filler, she walked me through it and helped me find the right product. I’m a member here and I’ve had wonderful experiences for both Botox and Juvederm. Getting the membership was worth it and has paid for itself in two visits.

I’ve been coming here for regular quarterly treatments for over a decade of excellent service. Despite moves to different counties and states over the years, I only trust Kim with my face! After a skin cancer procedure, she made my face look as if I never had the procedure to begin with. I truly appreciate Kim’s professional, technical expertise as a physician’s assistant as well as her joyous smile and sparkling conversation while often feeling uneasy with needles. Kim makes the time fly and is consistent and punctual everytime. Thanks to Kim my mid life face looks more like 30, natural and healthy! They’re not the most affordable option, but when it comes to the face, I prefer trust and skill above all else. Definitely book with Kim. She also works at the Carmel Valley location.

All I can say is that I am OBSESSED with this med spa. From the start of scheduling with Vanessa to the actual service, everything was amazing. Let me start with saying that Vanessa was amazing and helped me get scheduled asap. She explained each service I was asking about with pricing. She was extremely knowledgeable. Moving on to the service: I received Botox for my forehead and jaw by Natasha. Natasha was so professional and made me look exactly how I was wanting to. She listened to what I was hoping to get and made it happen. She explained everything and gave me a quote for each service as we went over options. As somehow who wasn’t able to get Botox while pregnant and breastfeeding I missed it and was soooo ready to feel like myself again. Thank you Vanessa and Natasha for helping me feel like me.

My first impression upon walking in was extremely positive. The office space presents a clean, pristine aesthetic, and the layout of their skincare products is thoughtfully organized and visually appealing. The staff has been exceptional, providing outstanding customer service. Sarah B's expertise, depth of knowledge, and professionalism are evident in every interaction. She has addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. From someone with a similar background, I can confidently say she is an outstanding asset to the team.
