I had one of the worst experiences at this medspa. Instead of actually addressing the real issue with my skin, they kept adding on extra treatments that were completely unnecessary just so I would keep paying more money. It felt very dishonest and like they were more focused on upselling than actually helping their clients. What makes it worse is that the treatment left me worse than before, and I have photos to prove it. When I called to express my concerns and ask for help fixing the issue, I was met with yelling and completely unprofessional behavior. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to gaslight me and deny what was clearly visible and refusing to fix it.The way they handled the situation was shocking and extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering going here. There are plenty of honest professionals out there who actually care about their clients’ results and safety. This place is not one of them. I paid almost $3000 and when I express how unhappy she offered to flush it out with saline without refunding me. And I forgot to mention how they change the lighting when taking your after to make you look better and yet I still looked like the issue I came in with wasn't even addressed!

Love the Renud team! Keri is super knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your skin concerns. She’s been a huge help throughout my skincare and treatment journey. They offer a great range of services, and the membership comes with some nice perks if you’re a regular. Definitely recommend.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and the overall vibe is so cute, glam and relaxing. Alanna makes you feel like you've been her friend her whole life. She's so easy to talk to and very down to earth. And Kerri is awesome with facials and lasers and is super friendly, too! You will be impressed with this place!

Alanna and her team are amazing! They really focus on the anti-aging aspect of aesthetics so the suggestions she gave during our consultation were really valuable and specific to my needs. Their prices are very affordable and most importantly, she’s a FANTASTIC injector!
