Dr. Philip is amazing. Although I wasn’t able to come in for appointments as often as I would have liked, when I was able to make the time I would travel an hour and a half each way to see Dr. Philip. He’s that good. I’m not sure what’s going on at the front desk these days but I left a message on 11/14 to make an appointment and nobody ever called me back. I called again three days later and got a message saying the person you are trying to reach has a voicemail box that has not been set up. I realize the holidays are a very busy time for aesthetic work, but I never used to have a problem getting someone to answer the phone or call me back. I finally gave up and called someone more local to me today. They answered the phone right away, were super friendly, and got me on the calendar for treatment.

If you, like me, believe in maintenance and enhancement, but you don't want to look like a cross between a chipmunk 🐿️ and a very frozen Barbie, this is the place for you. All here, Laurie, Lauren, the esthetician, and Dr. Phillip, are awesome professionals, and terrific injectors. They all err on the side of caution, and the less is more approach is a concept they adhere to. I tweak this and that about once a year, and I never left here looking like a Wax Museum figure. Btw, this is a friendly place for all and if you are a GUY LOOKING but don't know where to go, trust me when I say, this place is IT! A special shout out to Laurie whom I observed one day when I was waiting here for a very late Dr. Phillip. All she did that day was face contouring. She does THE BEST CHEEK WORK IN TOWN and you can take that to the bank! Trust her eyes. Her hands are like clouds. The concierge couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating. P.S. I know I'll kick myself for leaving this review, ‘cause it's already hard getting an appointment. GO!😗😙

I'm very happy with the care I've received at Rejuvenation MD. Dr. Philip is soft spoken, gentle, and thorough. He takes time to explain the treatment and performs them with great care and attention to detail, demonstrating great expertise which put me at ease. I was never in pain, but he still always takes the care to ask and make sure of it. Even when I was late for my appointment, he did not rush and took the time to check back over his work. I appreciate that he takes the time to work with his patients, make sure they understand every step of the process, and are happy with the results. They even offer touch-ups within two weeks, which are quick and easy. The receptionist (Hannah I think is her name) is also very kind, personable, and accommodating, even if it makes her job harder (which she seems great at btw). It's clear that they value the happiness of their patients. Most importantly, I'm thrilled with the results thus far. :)

I have been a steady and loyal client of this clinic since 2013. Today, sadly things have changed and I will not be returning. All due to terrible customer support I received by someone in their customer support staff, hiding behind the keyboard and sending emails without identifying themselves in the signature. Perhaps the customer support staff should learn about the lifetime value of a customer. P.S. What held me to this clinic was Laurie Tare; she did amazing work steadily throughout 11 years. I just learned that she left and is now at Dr. Lanna Aesthetics. So yeah, thanks to the bad customer rep experience, I can now go find Laurie where she’s at and so can you! She is awesome 👋
