5 Star Top Notch Dermatology Office! This location is accessible via public transportation. The bus #41 stop is immediately in front of the business parking lot. - The esthetics are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! As a low income patient I thought I was in the wrong place! Upon entering the facility the front desk holds three receptionist behind. The receptionist acknowledges you immediately upon stepping in. They're serious, professional but friendly. As a new patient they highlighted all signing areas. They allowed me time to complete the paperwork without rushing me to the back before. Wait time after completing paperwork was five minutes. -I asked to used the restroom which was in the waiting room. Clean restroom and they had the good quality toilet paper! - Entering the back waiting room the assistant was very through and soft spoken. She was very personable. Her questions stayed within the scope of my appointment. I expressed embarrassment & shame of the appearance in my situation. The assistant reassured me and eased my comfort level. She kept the conversation brief as to get my information to the Doctor quickly. Yet, she was very genuine and not just checking the box. ---- I was seen by Doctor Alexis Boschi! AMAZING! As a patient with severe trauma, ptsd, paranoia and high anxiety. Doctor Alexis came in approximately 6-7 minutes after the assistant left. She was very smooth with her conversation and the next thing I know she already completed the full visual scope of my body. She explained what I had, explained my options, and allowed me to make my own decisions. It was refreshing to have her be honest & direct of the pain levels of freezing. FREE STUFF! Leaving I was loaded up with creams to get me started on my new journey of my health condition. I was in and out very quickly! Upon leaving there was one receptionist near the exit. BEAUTIFUL JOB! Regardless, of your condition, looks or income status they treat EVERYONE like RICH PERSON!
These people are scammers and I questioned if they are legitimate dermatologists or how long they’ve been in their profession. They didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. They lied about the amount I would be billed (with & without insurance). They billed me $500 for a “45 min visit” that DID NOT take 45 min. The dr tried to diagnose me without any tests at all. I even asked how could you be sure of this without any tests being taken? She pretty much said I had to take her word for it. The visit was not helpful to my issue at all. Just a medical bill adding to the issue! Do not come here. Save your money & your time! I feel SCAMMED!
I had a very good experience with Regency. I've been going there for over a year, I have eczema. I just got a new doctor, Dr Naylor, and he's very very good. He's the third one I've had since going out there and he's actually figuring out my problem. I would recommend them to anyone l know that has any type of skin issues. I really thank Dr. Naylor very much. He's so good.🤙
Amazing dermatologist office that diagnosed my HS which most doctors aren't aware of. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and easy smooth process from start to finish. Love going here for any skin related needs.
I retired from a 32-year healthcare career, working in multiple facets, from the front desk to the administrator. I’ve served in military (Hospital Corpsman) to civilian organizations and in large healthcare systems in a major city. I’m the mother of a child diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when he was 16 and have seen all sides of the system at work (but usually not working so well). Our experience at Regency Specialities was, hands down, the best overall medical experience we have ever had from start to finish! My husband had a small blackhead on his nose that was falling off and returning for a few months. I immediately suspected something bad (trust your intuition). After contacting the office at Regency Derm (Thank you, Ciara), I got him in quickly, and it was discovered after pathology that it was Basal Cell Skin Cancer. He was booked for a Mohs procedure the next week, and it was successfully removed! First, as I said, I have worked in the system in every capacity, from facilities to ERs to ICUs to maintenance. I have overseen large medical procedures and have been responsible for Patient Experience outcomes…. Dr. Betty Davis was hands down, the BEST bedside caregiver I have ever seen in my 32 year career. I could only hope and pray to teach a physician such empathetic responses and approaches to their patients. Wow! Thank you Dr. Davis. And of course the Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Jason Mussman was incredible as well! The nose is healing beatuifully! All that being said, the experience from start to finish was what every patient desires. The scheduling was easy, the insurance authorization process was seamless, the appointments were informative, the staff was OUTSTANDING and the building was IMMACULATE! Not only do you get high quality care (the most important aspect), but you also get empathetic and caring attention and service. 5 Stars!
