I’ve had a great experience here and highly recommend them to anyone considering GLP-1 shots. From the very beginning, they were extremely thorough and professional. Before doing anything, they carefully reviewed my blood work and medical history to make sure the treatment was safe and appropriate for me, which really gave me confidence that I was in good hands. The atmosphere in the office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming you never feel rushed or like just another appointment. (There’s a great view of the yachts on Biscayne bay). And a lot of things to keep you distracted in the lobby. Nicole has been amazing throughout the whole process. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers all of my questions, options, and makes sure any concerns are addressed before moving forward. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and patient she is. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients’ health and results, not just giving quick injections!!!! Overall a very positive, professional experience.

I really enjoyed how Nicole took her time with me. She sat down and went through all of my questions before injecting. She doesn’t just want your money and to upsell, you can tell she really cares. Which is so important to me!! I really appreciate this!! She is very knowledgeable and her work is super tasteful. Parking was easy with valet and I loved the overall vibe. I have told some friends about her and I will definitely be back.

Nicole is amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to really understand what I needed. Amazing experience. I just moved in near by so I stopped by unexpectedly. I don’t encourage that for Nicole’s sanity… but she was so accommodating, was able to squeeze me in, and even helped me with getting the invoice to a third party payer. I knew right away she was experienced and I loved her suggestions. She never encouraged me to do more than I wanted and actually suggested the lowest therapeutic dose to start. I have been to a number of dermatologist and med spas and this was the best experience I’ve had. My assistant had a little difficulty getting an answer to their calls but Nicole personally handles the calls so I understand why. I suggest booking online for quick service and she will answer all your questions during the consult.

Everything about my visit was easy and excellent. From the convenient complimentary valet parking to the ease of finding this gorgeous spot (can’t say enough about the views), to Lisa’s warm and professional hospitality, the experience was top notch. The consultation was thorough and Lisa listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Her skills as an injector were outstanding. I’ve been looking for a new place for my aesthetic treatments- I definitely found it! @gailgenslerofficial
