I’m so happy with the results of my Botox treatment! From the start, I was impressed by how professional and low-pressure the experience was. I especially appreciated the conservative approach—Natalie encouraged me to start with a smaller amount and come back for more if I felt I needed it after a couple of weeks. When I decided to return for a few more units to create a more balanced look, they scheduled me in for the very next day. I felt truly taken care of. Unlike some of the large corporate med spas where you can really feel the sales pressure, this place felt refreshingly different. No upselling—just thoughtful, professional care. I also deeply value that this business supports the Trans community and is run by members of that community. It’s important to me that my dollars go to businesses that align with my values. Natalie is amazing. She has such a calming energy and is a true professional. She made the process comfortable, even when it came to more intimate laser hair removal areas. I can’t recommend her enough!

Very disorganized. They've been giving me the runaround for months now. Multiple appointments were canceled last minute, and they won't let me schedule more because of an insurance issue. Every staff member gives me a different answer, saying it's resolved, it's not resolved, they have no idea, etc. They always say a manager will call me back, but no one ever does. I guess I have to get a new referral for somewhere else.

I cannot recommend North Bay enough! I had the honor of taking a one-on-one Gender Affirming Aesthetics training with Moya. It is clear that Moya is not only passionate about the care that she provides to her patients, is highly educated and proficient at what she does, but also dedicated to providing education to other healthcare professionals so that they may do the same.
