She was so kind, patient, and understanding—answering every question I had and helping me feel completely at ease before my appointment. Her friendly energy and calm demeanor made check-in smooth and stress-free. My esthetician, Chelsea, made the experience unforgettable. She was gentle, attentive, and extremely skilled. The derma-planing session was the best I’ve ever had—so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! When I woke up, my skin felt incredibly soft, smooth, and bright, with all the dull and dead skin removed. Chelsea explained every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. To top it off, Ashley, who helped check me out (and is clearly the boss of an amazing team), was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and very informative. She took the time to go over all of their services and membership options in detail, making everything easy to understand. Overall, Montrose Med Spa delivers excellence at every level—from customer care to results. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already looking forward to my next visit. She took the time to go in-depth about my skin, explaining what she saw, why certain things were happening, and what could help improve my overall skin health. Finally, I met with Dr. Sohal for an evaluation regarding Botox for my Bell’s Palsy paralysis. She was thorough, professional, and so kind in her approach.
