Went to get services few days ago and I will say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a place. From the moment I called to the moment I left the office. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Dan ( I hope I got his name right) presented the treatment to me and not once did I feel he was being pushy or trying to sell me more than what I had mention I was there for. I will be referring them to all my fam and friends. Thank you again for a great service.. Ps I had my services done by Joi and she was such a pleasant person, very sweet and listen to all my concerns

I absolutely love Moderna!! The ladies up front are so nice and welcoming. Colby and Dan are amazing and they make me feel at home. They have become like a family to me. Every time I visit they sit and talk with me and I have the best time. Ashley did my lip filler and she was EXCELLENT walked me through everything and was so kind and attentive. My lips look AMAZING! I had Botox done as well and needed a touch up and they were glad to help. I will continue to use Moderna as my get beautiful place ❤️

This review is long overdue, I love this place, I have everything done here , as older mom i have to keep up my looks :) my lip filler i did last year is still perfect and my skin is wrinkle free. Easy to make an appointment and everyone is very friendly and professional there . Highly recommend ML!

I got a microneedling session here back in June, and unfortunately, it did not go well. It’s now October, and my face still has a red, patchy overcast all over. Before the treatment, my skin was actually in pretty decent shape — I definitely didn’t have this constant swollen look. When I reached out to let them know about my reaction, I honestly felt gaslit and not taken seriously. All they did was give me hyaluronic acid and sent me on my way. For what I paid (around $1,100 for three sessions), I expected much more care and concern — especially since I only went through with one session and was clearly not comfortable continuing. They didn’t offer any alternative treatments or even a partial refund, which I think would’ve been the right thing to do. When I asked the esthetician, Mia, what kind of moisturizer to use afterward, she just said, “Any moisturizer is fine” — repeatedly. Then five or six weeks later, when I mentioned that I had been using La Roche-Posay and added Pond’s around week five, I was told that was the wrong skincare routine to use. That was really frustrating because I had followed their vague aftercare advice the best I could. Next time, I think it would help if the esthetician gave clear, specific aftercare instructions — like recommending a very gentle, hydrating, hypoallergenic moisturizer — instead of brushing it off. I really wish my experience had been handled with more professionalism and empathy.

Amazing staff and super cool owner as well! Dan the owner really cares about his clients. I love this place. Great quality and you are assured to have the best care. I do my Botox with DR Marlene . She keeps me pretty ❤️❤️❤️
