I had a BR facial with Alyssa and she was incredible! I also have to mention that I did have the original Biologique Recherche facial in France, and Alyssa’s technique was just as authentic and effective. What really stood out was how nothing felt rushed, Alyssa took her time with every step, making the entire experience feel personalized and intentional. The service was incredible, and the treatment room was serene and beautifully designed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What a sweet little spa. The waiting area felt comfy and cozy with amazing scents. The product selection proves that the spa has researched and tailored their product line to meet the needs of the customer. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The facial was luscious and relaxing. I felt confident that Kelsey was educated in her craft and the products that she uses. 5 Stars!!! 100% treat yourself. You won't regret it!

First time visit - had a perfectly polished pedicure with paraffin with Thu. Wow, Thu is a master nail artist - honestly the most meticulous French pedicure ever. Cute little spa, very feminine. I will be back! Especially for another pedicure with Thu!

The spa is absolutely lovely and comfortable. Upon entering, you’re offered a beverage and a comfortable and cozy couch to relax on. I had their hibiscus tea. Perfect for a cool Fall Saturday. If you’re familiar with their sister spa (Penelope at the Fairmont Hotel downtown), then you’ll recognize the decor and luxury products for sale. This is a great escape in the heart of Madison Valley! I highly recommend Thu! And I’m looking forward to trying their other spa services next time 💆‍♀️⭐️✨

This spa experience is a real treat and completely worth it. Amidst the chaos of Madison's construction, this serene spa stands out with its beautiful decor, attentive staff, and excellently curated services and products. I booked a pedicure and paraffin wax, and it was one of the best I've ever had, performed with precision and care. In this stressful world, it's wonderful to indulge in self-care without worrying about cleanliness or being disturbed by loud conversations. I’m looking forward to exploring their other services! Parking is easy to find in the neighborhoods, book in advance, selection of nail color is slim but honestly made it less stressful.
