I personally have very temperamental, acne-and-scar prone sensitive skin, and entrusting my skincare needs to Alisha has been an absolute blessing. A couple of things I really appreciate about her: Her attentiveness and thoroughness with extractions is unparalleled. I went through a process of trying out more than a dozen aestheticians in SF, and too many over-rely on machines, potions and peels with questionable results. Alisha understands the balance between them all, and what little details require her own effort. There's real skill in decongesting skin without causing further breakouts, and she has honed this delicacy! Very high bar for efficacy and results. I'll sometimes feel skeptical about recommended products or procedures by other people - but honestly, anything Alisha recommends always works for me. I recently had a very difficult series of painful cysts and whiteheads from dietary and stress changes. It was awful - my chin hurt, my makeup wouldn't sit well, my skin was breaking out left and right. One session with her, and the thoughtful aftercare recommendations had me back to smooth, non-irritated skin within days. Please don't hesitate to see her!
