LaserAway Union Square

I went to the LaserAway San Francisco Union Square location today for an RF microneedling facial and had such a great experience. Everything felt organized, clean, and professional from the moment I walked in. Amir at the front desk greeted me right away and walked me through exactly what to expect during the visit. He explained the full flow, answered my questions, and helped me feel totally comfortable before starting. He applied the numbing cream and made sure I was set before the procedure. Emily performed the treatment and she was amazing. She explained what she was doing step by step while she worked, checked in with me often, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. With the numbing cream, the sensation was very manageable. More like pressure with mild prickly moments, not painful. The photos make the numbing cream look a little chaotic, especially with facial hair, but everything was handled in a very sanitary, controlled way. After the treatment, they also applied soothing aftercare so my skin felt cared for before I left. I had some redness as expected, but overall I left feeling really good about it. I would absolutely recommend this location, and especially Amir & Emily), if you are considering RF microneedling.

I just had my first appointment at Laseraway in Union Sq for lip filler and botox. I could not be happier with my experience. The week earlier Bilal helped me on the phone with arranging my appointment. He took his time answer all my questions and give me billing options. When I arrived today Bilal and Janie were very welcoming and my appointment started on time. My injector nurse was Jessica and she is awesome. Definitely recommend! She got me thru the more painful parts of lip filler and was very informative every step of the way. I can already tell I am going to love my lips!! Also, she was very honest about the amount of filler and botox I needed and didn't try to oversell the quantities I needed. Honestly, it is such a relief to find a spot to get services where I wont have to deal with the sales pitch and pressure like at the med spas and plastic surgery clinics. I had my very first treatment with Emily, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was honestly a little nervous going in, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. She did a tremendous job the treatment was smooth, professional, and much easier than I expected. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’m so happy I chose to come here and will definitely be going back to Emily again. Highly recommend!

First time laser away visit and treatment review! Reception is very warm and welcoming, calm and professional, even when clients are running late and frazzled. Need that calming presence to soothe the chaos haha Emily is especially lovely! Would love an ASMR channel of her reading nature books! Staff are all RNs or NPs! Love that. Also all very warm and professional. Emily is absolute sunshine wrapped in scrubs

I went to LaserAway in Union Square after finally being inspired to address my acne scars. My first consultation with Gabriela and Emily was excellent. I have a lot of insecurities and feelings about my scars, and they both made me feel comfortable, heard, and seen. I was also encouraged to hear that treatments are provided by registered nurses like Emily, who recommended Potenza RF microneedling. After reviewing before and after pics and studying up on the treatment, I felt comfortable to sign up! I just had my first session (of 6) with Elizabeth, who was super friendly and showed a lot of care during my first treatment with multiple check ins throughout and talking through each step. Yes, microneedling is “spicy” and while the numbing cream helps, there are a few specific areas that were a little painful, but overall it wasn’t too bad. Shout outs to this amazing team for making me feel supported! I’ll keep you all posted through my journey. LFG!!!
