I've had great experiences at this location. The space is clean and modern. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Blake at the front desk is super friendly. The hair removal process is quick and far less uncomfortable than I expected. I’m impressed by the results after only a couple sessions. Highly reccomend!

I am about half way through my laser hair appointments and I have no complaints. I have had different nurses each time and each one has been great. I am loving the results and excited to see the final result. The whole team is super friendly and professional.

I’ve had two Botox treatments at the Seattle LaserAway location and had the best experience both times! Both nurses Rose and Bianca were so kind and took the time to get to know exactly what my goals were and explained all of the aftercare/what to expect after my treatment. Today I got a lip flip with Rose and was nervous about the pain during the treatment but she was so careful and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay and it didn’t hurt at all! While the up front cost for the packages seems a little intimidating, they’re such a good value for the Botox itself but more importantly for the quality of care you get. I would definitely recommend LaserAway Seattle to a friend! :)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LaserAway. I purchased a package of 10 services, which was financed in advance through PatientFi at a discounted rate of $219 per service. I completed only 2 services, leaving 8 remaining. However, I was later informed that those two services somehow used nearly half of my total financed amount, which makes no sense based on the pricing structure I originally agreed to. I was initially told that my remaining balance was $1,829. Later, I was informed that the balance was $1,178 — a $651 discrepancy that has not been clearly explained. I was also told that refunds are not allowed, but that I could continue using the remaining balance I had already paid for. After informing them that I had moved out of town but still intended to use my remaining services, my discounted pricing was removed and changed to full price. Originally, I was paying $219 per service under the agreed package. After moving, I was suddenly told I would be charged $648 per service at regular pricing. This change significantly reduced the value of the 8 services I had already paid for through financing. The discounted rate was part of the original agreement and was paid in advance by my financing company. Changing the pricing after funds were issued and after services had already begun raises serious concerns about billing accuracy and contract integrity. In addition, I was hung up on by LaserAway staff during calls. I was told multiple times that I would receive a call back with clarification and documentation, but those callbacks never happened. The lack of professionalism and transparency has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeated requests, I have not received: • A fully itemized invoice showing all 10 services purchased and payments applied • A clear breakdown explaining how only 2 services allegedly consumed nearly half of my financed amount • Written documentation explaining why my discounted rate was removed • Treatment records and signed confirmations for billed services Due to the unexplained balance discrepancies, pricing changes, and failure to honor the agreed discounted package, I will be pursuing this matter in small claims court if it is not resolved appropriately. I strongly recommend that anyone considering LaserAway keep detailed written documentation of all agreements, pricing terms, and financing arrangements.

Update. Moving this to 1 star from 2. They have now cancelled 5 of 6 appointments and I'm requesting a full refund of future services I have purchased Great pricing. Good services, but they always cancel my Botox appointments. Last time I had to reschedule 3x. This time they canceled again just hours before. When they cancel their next appointment is often 1-2 weeks out. And as someone who travels for a living that often equates to waiting an extra month before getting it. If you cancel on them they charge you a fee. But when they cancel on you it's an oh well.
