James Christian Cosmetics - Botox, Fillers and Skincare in NYC

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a serene atmosphere and warm, professional staff who made me feel instantly at welcomed. The space is beautifully designed clean, calming, and luxurious. The consultation was thorough and personalized, and the James took the time to understand exactly what my body needed. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I opted for a B-Complex shot and I could literally feel the difference before I even left the spa. More energy, better focus, and just an overall feeling of being recharged. What really sets this place apart is the level of care. Everything was clean, precise, and done with genuine attention to comfort.

Absolutely disgusting. This is a place for cosmetics and injections yet the location is repulsive. I write this review on behalf of a dear friend who came to this location and found not ONE but TWO roaches the size of my palm. She is such a sweet person at heart and would never write a review stating what she saw, but I am one to not bite my tongue. I am appalled that a place like this can remain open with an infestation like that. If she was able to see roaches out in the open, I wonder how many more are in the back where they keep all the “sterile” equipment. If the workers are willing to work alongside roaches with each procedure, what other mischievous things are they doing behind closed doors? Is equipment even properly sterile? Do they reuse leftover product? How many times has something dropped on the floor and they simply brushed it off and called it “clean”? What other lies does James Christian advertise to his clientele? Something should be done immediately about this problem and it deserves to be spoken on. Post edit: I can see that you’ve responded and say my claims are false, I have picture proof. To top it off, it’s sad to see such a place use AI to respond to these comments. It truly is so sad, now if you want to respond once more with attitude I will have no problem escalating this and using all the evidence I do have. I am not afraid because I know I will win.

I give the staff and the office an A+. Staff was professional and very knowledgeable including Lexi (hope I spelled her name correctly) and James. The service was exceptional!

I cannot recommend JCC enough for dysport injections ! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely fantastic. The stuff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I have hooded eyes and was initially scared of getting Botox and getting a droopy eyelid. I'm happy I found James Christian many years ago. He always does a great job, I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my Botox. The staff is always very friendly and their new location is beautiful.
