I had such a great experience at this medspa! Kristi was my injector, and she was absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her expertise. Everyone in the office was equally impressive. The staff was warm, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable. The whole environment felt welcoming and well-run from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this medspa to anyone looking for skilled injectors and a kind, professional team. I’ll absolutely be back!

I would completely avoid this place. I will never suggest anyone go to this place not because they're not doing a good service. It's because this place is scam. I called this place asking for an extraction of Commodores and they asked me to pay hundred dollars deposit. After they told me that I said I will not be paying hundred dollars because I would like to know if this can be extracted or not, and I hung up again. The aesthetician called me and told me that she has to see it first and then decide if she can extract or not and then I can make the payment if it can be extracted so I said OK and I again asked her should I pay $100 for just looking and she said no and she asked me to come I went there. She was all good. She checked my skin and she said it's pretty irritated right now, so I do not have to do an extraction and she cannot do the extraction for these tiny commodores. And she applied a cream on my face. And when I came out, they charged me $100 on my card. I asked why and the reason they say is it's the consultation fee just for touching my skin and telling me that it cannot be extracted and when I asked will this be returned, they told me it can be used towards any product or a service but this hundred dollars is nonrefundable after charging my car. I did not even know it was not refundable. Nothing was explained to me in the first place I would never go to this place again and I would never take a product from them again I would suggest I would highly suggest not to go to this place if you are ready to pay your money and spend there if not $100 is gone right now. I'm very disappointed. I'm in loss right now just for a person to touch my skin and say this cannot be done and I paid $100 for that. Update and review : I would like to clarify too, I was not told it was a treatment or product used was a treatment, she asked if she can apply a cream if you don't mind, never mentioned it was a treatment, also the paperwork's was not given to me to read, she just asked for my license and then my card to keep it in record, when I was charged I asked why was I charged and I was told it's a full session and I was given consultation. I wanted to leave the minute she said it cannot be extracted, but she kept talking to me even when was in a hurry to leave and also told I won't be doing any treatments or won't be buying anything now. Before you charge someone's card you are suppose to tell and get a consent, but I was not told anything but after I was told I was charged and I was told it's non refundable. When I asked why they said it's the consultation fee when I clearly told no, and the asked me to come to just look at my skin. Own your behavior as a business don't try to blame it on people who trusted and came to your place in the first place. Good luck with your business.

I had my first Diamond glow treatment at this location. My face was glowy and dewy post treatment. The place looked lovely and I was made to feel very comfortable during my treatment. I chose my treatment at Face/Fit due to the great price for their diamond glow package. Their professional service also exceeded my expectations!

I had an incredible experience at FACE/FIT !! Kristi and Heather took such great care of me during my Botox treatment. They were super friendly, patient, and explained everything step-by-step. The service was quick, professional, and the results came out amazing — super natural, exactly what I wanted !!

Kristi did an amazing job! I received Radiesse and was so impressed by her gentle touch and attention to detail. I didn’t feel a thing during the treatment — highly recommend her Absolutely made me feel comfortable a d the results are on Point!!!!
