I had such a great experience with Tracy at Ever/Body. She is incredibly gentle and immediately makes you feel comfortable. She really takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and explain everything clearly so you feel confident in the plan. You can tell she genuinely cares about achieving natural, beautiful results tailored to your needs. I highly recommend her.

If you wanna get a facial… Fine anything else go to a real dermatologist….TRUST ME. These people have ruined my face, won’t give me a refund and months later I still have the issue. RUN. Don’t go. Garbage place, horrible service, estheticians that don’t know what they’re doing!!!!

Horrible “concierge” staff. I was trying to give this place a shot after my other doctor retired. It is very difficult to call them on the phone. I’m not sure what would happen if there was some emergency or reaction. I made an appointment yesterday for 6:30pm. Mind you, it was pouring down freezing rain all day. Right after they call me back and ask if I can come in 45 min earlier so I rush around and I do, just for them to make me wait over the 45 minutes!! Why did they ask me to rush from work in the horrible weather to wait for so long?? This is unacceptable. I was assured that the manager would call me back but he hasn’t. There’s too much competition in this town for this to accept behavior like this. Never again!

So I’m really dissappointed in this place. For a few reasons. I had a gift card and I booked an appointment with Tracy actually because of her Google reviews for fresh Botox. When we talked I said I wanted super a natural look, not that much, and I gave her a price limit that I didn’t want to spend more than. During the appointment was fine, and then after the price was actually $150 more than she quoted me. She claimed it was for “taxes” but actually she just overpromised. So then after the appointment almost 2 weeks have gone by and I’m SO unhappy. My face is frozen solid. It’s no wonder the price was over because she put in WAY too much. And now I’ve been trying to reach out because they said I could for adjustments- DEAD silence. Funny how that works when you make an appointment and they text and email you 20 times per day and you have a serious issue and no one responds. Anyways this place is way overpriced. Doubt I’ll be returning and honestly everyone I know is happy at Peachy so just do your Botox there.
