Me and my wife had the greatest experience for the couples 50 min massage package. I feel well taken care of and rested like a newborn. The staff was wonderful and very respectful. They gave us great hospitality and grace ! Thank you so much for the treatment!

As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted by the woman at the front desk, she knew exactly why I was there before I even got a chance to speak. That’s impressive, the two masseuses who took care of us were amazing I can’t remember their names but I do know they were both blonde one had short wavy hair the other had bangs. We left feeling like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. We almost wished we could stay the night lol. Thank you so much for your services!

The buccal massage itself was decent, and I was considering purchasing a package but instead, I won’t be returning due to the experience with the receptionist. The receptionist was ok until she tried to sell me a package after my massage. I let her know I wasn’t going to at the moment but would consider it and touch base in a week or so. After that, her demeanor noticeably changed and she became dismissive. There was repeated scoffing and eye-rolling throughout the checkout process. When I asked if someone could help me put my necklace back on (it had been removed during the massage and is difficult for me to clasp myself), the receptionist rolled her eyes, rudely told me to “move over,” and appeared irritated because there was someone behind me. I also chose to leave my masseuse a cash tip. When the receptionist handed me an envelope, I sealed it by licking it. She scoffed, rolled her eyes again, ripped the envelope from my hands and said, “You don’t have to do that!,” in an annoyed tone, seemingly upset that I had secured the envelope by licking it (confused…last time I checked that’s how envelopes worked). I left without a thank you or even a basic “have a nice day.” While the massage itself was fine, the repeated scoffing, eye-rolling, and lack of professionalism at the front desk completely overshadowed the experience and because of that I will not be purchasing a package (or returning at all). I refuse to give my money to a business who hires and tolerates nasty staff.

We did the 80 minute body and facial massage and it was incredible! We had a problem with our train and we called to let them know we were running a little late and they were super accommodating. Both ladies were so professional and we completely fell asleep; the massage included hot stones as well and very nice oils, leaving our skins very soft and with an amazing scent. After the massage we had a glass of champagne making this experience so cozy and relaxing. We will definitely be back, thank you !
