First time at EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center and I was extremely impressed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the focus was on natural results and what was best for me. Beautiful space and an excellent overall experience. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier aesthetic care in Dallas.

I appreciated the accountability and willingness to listen to constructive feedback. I came back this week for treatment, and the difference was clear. The appointment felt organized, calm, and professional. Communication was thorough, expectations were clearly set, and I felt informed throughout the entire process. As a male patient navigating aesthetic treatments, clarity and alignment matter to me. This visit reflected the patient-focused experience I had hoped for from the start. Upstairs (6th floor): Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute Calm, serene, professional. The doctors actually know aesthetics, explain things clearly, and treat you like an adult making informed decisions. I left feeling confident, educated, and genuinely taken care of. Easy recommendation. Downstairs (5th floor): EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center Pure chaos. Overpacked waiting room with people and product stacked everywhere. An employee literally reached over me to grab merchandise without saying excuse me. I didn’t feel especially comfortable or considered in the space. There was also a Valentine’s Day–themed buffet set out, along with a raffle to enter, which added to the overall low-brow, sales-floor feeling rather than a clinical or patient-focused one. Staff couldn’t clearly explain the procedures I asked about without repeatedly grabbing someone else. Conversations felt sales-driven, not patient-driven. Lots of “specials” focused on quantity of treatments, very little focus on whether I actually understood what was being done or if it was right for me. Bottom line: If you’re here for surgeons and aesthetics, stay upstairs. It’s Downton Abbey. If you want calm, knowledgeable, patient-focused care, skip the chaos of the 5th floor and look elsewhere. Same building. Completely different worlds.

Great service! PA Katie is so gentle and knowledgeable. I live in Mansfield and will drive to Dallas just to come here for Botox injections. Knowing I'm under the care of a trained and licensed medical professional gives me great peace of mind and trust.

Great office. Areli is absolutely amazing at her job and very professional. She makes all her patients feel comfortable and truly cares!

The staff is extremely friendly. It's always been easy for me to make last minute appointments. They are very good at explaining the procedures and letting you know the prices ahead of time.
