This place is fantastic. Fantastic treatments, fantastic staff and extremely professional. I've been seeing Ann Marie for over two years now - she and the other nurses and doctors at the facility are really good. I've had terrible treatments elsewhere - with Ann Marie literally every time my face is gorgeous, consistent...and for MONTHS after my treatments. Highly, highly recommend!

was really excited to use a groupon for my first-ever Botox appointment at Epi Center MedSpa. I called ahead to book and planned my visit from over an hour away. On the day of the appointment, I hit traffic and called to let them know I might be a little late. The person I spoke to (Morgan) told me I'd be charged a $75 no-show fee if I was more than 15 minutes late — even though I was actively communicating and on my way. When I tried to explain, he abruptly hung up on me. I called back to ask about parking and was again treated rudely, with no effort to guide or reassure me as a first-time client. It made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Because of how I was treated, I decided not to go through with the appointment. The experience left a bad impression. For a medspa, I expected more professionalism and courtesy — especially for new clients. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this business based on my experience. I wouldn’t trust my face to a business that is rude to me god forbid anything would have happened . i wouldn’t expect them to care.

I just received a HydraFacial Deluxe and HydraFacial Keravive Scalp treatment today with Shawna at Epi center. It was amazing to say the least! This was my second Facial ever, and first ever scalp treatment. It was such an amazing experience, Shawna walked me through each step asking along the way how the products felt on my skin, as well as the presure she was applying was ok. She truly cares for her clients and makes this a unique, and overall unforgetable experience. We also got to talk about some of my current skincare products, and what I can incorporate to better my skin. I truly appriciate this experience, and plan to be back for more treatments in the future!
