If 0 stars was an option I wish I could give it. This is a long review because I want people to be fully aware. I got the Botox promotion and even waited over the 2 weeks for the results to set in to give an honest review, but I still have a horrible taste in my mouth from my experience. I came in 20 minutes early because I knew check in process can be longer for new clients. It took over an hour to be seen with an appointment ( should only take 30 min max with paperwork) and the nurse was jumping back and forth from one room to the next. Almost as if she booked too many people ( or really needed money). I wish I listened to my gut and just left. Once she saw me, she over estimated the amount and priced it to over $1000. I’m attaching the photo for people to see how ridiculous it is. I have NEVER been recommended that much and actually have a DR I go to but did not have the time to fly. She came back 20 minutes later with a new option (again because she was working on other people at the same time). She made me pay upfront before receiving the service. Very tacky. Again, this shows they care about money and not making the customer feel comfortable. Imagine going to a 5 star restaurant and the server has you pay for the meal before you can eat. Sure, show them the price before hand, give the service then have them pay. It sets the tone on the quality of your business. For me it showed that they possibly have low clientele and don’t trust their customers. Once she started injecting she did it so fast that a had a pit in my stomach. 1) my dr always showed me the bottle she’s injecting from 2) you map out with a removable marker where you’re injecting so there’s almost no room for error. 3) She had me keep my face scrunched the whole time to see the lines. Unprofessional. 4) If you’re worried about customers feeling pain, there’s distraction devices you can use. Going faster has the same pain level and has higher risk for mistakes. Something I was honestly worried about once I left my appointment . She injected so quickly across my face no years of experience will balance accuracy. Just very sloppy work and dangerous. After 2 weeks, the lines on my forehead are softer, but for how much she used, they should have been frozen. After thinking about this, she probably didn’t even use “Botox”, and used a lesser grade product as others have stated. Because I’ve even used Dysport (with less injections) and received better results. They even try to set up another appointment 2weeks later to make sure you’re happy with the results. What if I’m not?? Are you going to give free injections? No. I will not waste another minute or dime at this place. Again, if done right you shouldn’t need another appointment. You keep in contact if there’s side effects and that’s that. I’ve been going to the same Dr for the last 4 years and not once did I feel like she did a bad job or needed more. She would even recommend less, and it would turn out beautiful. After reading so many reviews I wish I went to the bad comments first because they all repeat the same things as my experience. If so many people are saying this you know it’s a THEM problem and not the customer. If anything, this establishment should be reported, because who knows if she is even a nurse or using the product people are paying so much for. All of her responses to reviews are hostile and non apologetic. That says a lot about an establishment in itself. I trusted my husband doing the research, and he saw her IG and google reviews were highly rated. The more you dig you can see those are bought accounts on IG and reviews given because of discounts they received, aka bought reviews. Just be very careful, Scottsdale/ Arizona is full of scam businesses.
Amazing straightforward care. Came back for my follow up and the results are good! Will definitely come back
I signed up for a promotion they had going on for Botox for $159 and somehow ended up paying more. If you’re running a special then you guys should be abiding by it. I felt very mislead and pressured and unfortunately I just did not have a good first time experience there.
HORRIBLE Experience! It hurt so bad because I didn't get numb with this expired topical from Colorado. Same business is/was located in Johnstown, CO. Did they skip town for malpractice?? The numbing topical they used on me was from 7/7/21!! I had filler done in November 2024. Lips were lumpy bumpy and uneven. Was [over]charged $900/syringe. Going rate is $600. Would never go here again and do NOT recommend this place. How unethical to use this topical from an entirely different state and expired by 3.5 years. Julie is not even the name of the female that did my procedure, Amber did! Who knows what was used on my lips. They don't even deserve 1 star. BEWARE...
Loved my experience here! Amber was amazing—super knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my skin and give me realistic advice. No pressure to buy anything, just honest, helpful guidance. The spa itself is gorgeous and so clean. Definitely coming back!
