I wouldn’t go to anyone else for aesthetic care in the Valley. Dr. Natalya is truly the most trusted, skilled, and humble aesthetic physician I’ve ever met. She delivers results that look natural, refined, and beautiful — not just for me, but for everyone I’ve referred to her. I’ve had multiple services here, including Botox/Dysport, and I absolutely love her conservative, thoughtful approach. You simply tell her what you’re hoping to achieve, and she (and her amazing team) will guide you toward exactly what will create those results. One of the biggest transformations for me was laser scar removal. I had terrible scars from a past accident, and after only two laser treatments, they’re practically gone. I’m excited for my final treatment to completely finish the healing process. I also had a large lipoma removed, which had become painful and uncomfortable. Dr. Natalya removed it entirely — and it has never returned. If you’re looking for the best aesthetic care in the Valley, from injectables to scar treatments to minor procedures, I cannot recommend Dr. Natalya and her team enough. They are truly the gold standard.

I just had my first lip filler removal with Dr. Natalya, and I can’t recommend her enough! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the entire procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. If you’re considering filler removal or any treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Natalya, she is amazing!

⚠️ ⛔️ 🚫 Horrible experience at Desert Bloom and Dr Natalia ⚠️ ⛔️ 🚫 First off state of AZ has no medical license record in her name nor does her husband understand basic “cycle of infection” prevention regulated under Board of Health for patient safety! Her husband with ungloved and un-wash hands attempted application of numbing topical on my lips and chin, when I mentioned “cycle of infection” as all openings (mouth, eyes, nose, ears) being direct access into body for infection; he argued instead of gloving or washing his hands! Dr Natalia enters room takes over with mystery syringes of what I assumed were brand new Juvéderm products as we’d discussed. Next thing her husband takes my phone inside procedure room, submits payment via my Care Credit app for $1100 before any procedure was even administered! Didn’t provide any receipt or description of charges until I returned 2 weeks later disappointed with non-noticeable lip and chin filler! I questioned what products she used then Googled, revealing they’re the cheapest and thinest fillers on market! She claims Juvéderm line causes complications so she doesn’t use them DESPITE ALL Juvéderm PRODUCTS advertised on her website under price list! **False advertisement to pull a switcheroo on patients assuming they’re receiving NEW STERILIZED BRAND FILLER SYRINGES but actually the polar! I requested dissolving since this was my 1st ever experience and it went wrong, requiring fresh start elsewhere with desired BRAND fillers but Dr Natalia refused! She then says “I’ll have to pay another $600 for touch-up” DESPITE sharing during initial visit touch-ups wouldn’t cost anything additional. **Then she confirmed she stores USED syringes of leftover filler product in back refrigerator, labeled with patient’s names that she uses to perform augmentations with! **I freaked out! 🤯 Thinking I might’ve been exposed via injection with one of those USED leftover product syringes containing another patient’s blood and God knows what else! 🦠 I video recorded entire time with Meta glasses as evidence! (see photos below) 👇🏽 AVOID THIS UNSANITARY RECYCLED SYRINGES OF GOOP, DECEITFUL PLACE! Health Dept, Dept of Agriculture and EVERY GOVERNING LICENSING STATE AGENCY will be notified! **UPDATE: Received my FULL refund 💰**
