I am so pleased to say that Katie (Katherine) has been an AWESOME provider! She is always warm and welcoming, has a great personality, and gives the best prep talks. She truly listens to her patients, which made my experience with her 10x better. She was also very informative about the entire process and explained everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I am beyond happy with the results and truly appreciate the patience and effort she put into meeting my expectations. My skin has never looked better! I strongly recommend her for any services she’s a true gem 💎 And I must add, the check in and check out receptionist is always attentive, and nice!!

These are the treatments we all imagine getting! The ones that actually show results fast! Kelly has me on every 4 weeks peel plus hydrafacial and dermaplane plus at home care. I actually look forward to going now bc the after and beyond has been exceptional- I was even asked if I had filler lol and haven’t in 3.5 years.

Randolph Rd location is very timely and efficient. You do not have a long wait in the waiting room and you are called for your appointment on time. Completing my new patient paperwork took longer than my appointment. Staff is very courteous and professional. I saw Leila Esmaeili PA-C. Very reassuring and informative. Her and her nurse were great!

I have been a patient here since moving to Charlotte in 2017. I was worried that I wouldn’t find a new dermatologist that I would like as well as my former one. I have been so pleased with my care there. I see Katy, a PA, and she is so thorough and competent. She remembers me between visits which means a lot. They are quick to answer their messages in the Patient Portal. It’s always a pleasure to have my 6 month skin checks. Highly recommend!
