I had an amazing first experience at Dallas Center Dermatology Clinic. Dr. Kristel Polder was incredibly thorough during my consultation, and her knowledge truly stood out. She took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t try to oversell anything - just gave honest, thoughtful recommendations tailored to what I actually needed. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the visit even better. I felt comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. I will absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for expert dermatologic care.

Today was my first time to meet Dr Zhu, I was in for a medical procedure that required quite a few stitches. She had an optimistic vibe that eased my nerves. She explained what she would be doing, and asked if I had any questions. Several times while she was working, she stopped to make sure my pain level was good. Everything went well and she called me this evening to check in. I would highly recommend Dr Zhu to anyone seeking a kind, competent dermatologist.

The staff and Doctor Polder are the BEST! My time is valued, no waiting around, and I always get my questions answered. They are very professional but always sincerely friendly and caring. Lab reports are received in a timely manner. I love this practice!

As a new patient I was able to get in the next day and Dr Zhu was very thorough and knowledgeable and we knocked out the entire appointment in less than 30mins.
