From the moment I walked in, Giovanna made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took her time to carefully explain every step of the Botox process and even went above and beyond by educating me on the difference between Botox and Dysport—something no one had ever taken the time to do before! Her precision, patience, and genuine care truly stood out. I could tell she takes great pride in her work and truly wants her clients to look and feel their best. The results are beautiful—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I hoped for. Great experience. I came here for a Black Doll Facial. There was no wait time at all. Came in and was attended straight away. Angela Hidalgo did a great job. She informed of every step and the benefits of the facial for my skin. Highly recommended.

I’m really disappointed with this place. I drove an hour for my laser appointment, was only 10 minutes late, and they refused to service me. I don’t get it. I’ve been coming here for 2 years for Litefrax treatments with Yadenis for a small 1x1 inch scar on my forehead, and it’s always been quick—usually just 5 minutes. This was my 4th or 5th visit, and every other time, Yadenis only numbs for 15-20 minutes. She’s also very gentle and kind! I don’t understand why this new nurse Giovanna insisted I needed 40+ minutes for numbing and wouldn’t treat me because I was 10 minutes late. On top of that, the reception was rude. It honestly felt like the nurse/staff were just trying to close early since they close at 3pm on Saturdays. If that’s the case, why schedule laser appointments at 2:15pm right before closing? This was a huge waste of my time, and I’m never coming back.

I recently visited the spa for a facial treatment and the Exosomes with Plasma experience, and it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance was calming, clean, and beautifully designed—perfect for unwinding. Incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother. Overall, the service, professionalism, and results exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a high-quality treatment that delivers real results, I highly recommend this spa. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

Refused service by Lizette Rubio despite being gifted a voucher by my mother as a birthday present. I asked to discuss with manager and was also refused. I was told “fine print” did not allow me to use service as I had purchased a Groupon (different voucher) in the past. However, this Groupon was gifted to me. I drove 45 min for this appt and was turned away prior to service and told to pay full retail price.
