0 stars if possible—this place was a complete waste of money and caused more problems than it solved. I paid $749 for 3 Picoway pigment reduction treatments. The results were awful: barely any improvement in my pigmentation, and I ended up with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) as a direct result. When I returned to the clinic to discuss the bad outcome and ask for help or any kind of follow-up, they flat-out refused to provide any assistance. To top it off, they demanded $25 just to give me my own medical records—unbelievable and totally unprofessional. In my experience, the flood of 5-star reviews here doesn’t match reality at all. I will never go back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone. If you’re considering treatments here, think twice and go somewhere that actually cares about results and patient support. Save yourself the regret and money.”

I am in love with Lana and the results I’ve seen after my laser hair removal sessions with her! Even after a single session I had almost virtually no unwanted hair growth in the treated areas. She is a total professional, very knowledgeable, and my sessions with her fly by. Every time I return I add more areas to be treated! I’ve had laser before, and the pain is barely a fraction of what I experienced before. All the positive reviews are true. I highly recommend Lana and the center for anyone interested in laser hair removal.

CLC is amazing. The entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently tried the Pico Wave treatment and was blown away by the results. There was literally no down time for this non invasive procedure, and after 3 sessions my skin was glowing, firmer and had visibly reduced pores. Highly recommend this place!
