Unfortunately, I had a lip flip done here and the result was the opposite of what I was told to expect. Rather than a subtle enhancement on the sides of my lip only, I experienced excessive volume in the center of my upper lip with no balance on the sides, leaving my appearance noticeably worse than before. The injector, Makayla, was confident I would get the result I wanted. She recommended Dysport over Botox because it lasts longer, even though this was my first experience with either. While I was told there was a chance nothing would change, I was never informed that the result could look significantly worse or that the product could migrate in this way. As a result, I have been avoiding social interaction and covering my mouth in public. I would not have agreed to a longer-lasting treatment had I been fully informed of the risks. This experience has had negative social and emotional impacts on my life. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to others. Overall, this reflects a lack of proper expectation-setting and informed consent, which I found deeply disappointing.

I really appreciated that she took a conservative approach when recommending how many units to start with, prioritizing a natural look and suggesting a follow-up in a few weeks for any touch-ups. Both were punctual and professional. Both thoroughly reviewed my past treatments and discussed with me their plan for this treatment. Both of their treatments were accurate, gentle, and painless. The office was spotless and professional as well. I will absolutely be coming back.
