Charette Cosmetics Medical Spa - Dallas

I came to get my (flat face mole) removed and needless to say it did NOT get removed or even slightly faded (pico laser) and paid about like $600 !! (For two on my nose) although I didn’t expect them to just go away the first round (and she did mention that, I expected at least SOME fading especially for the pricing. (Which she also had mentioned) Was told to do the treatment again - I had to be the one to ask if maybe another treatment would be better like c02 laser and she said it could cause scarring. (Spoiler, I did in SEOUL KOREA for $60 for BOTH and NO SCARRING and BOTH FADED!!) she even said it was maybe because she did the laser lightly as she wasn’t sure as to how it would react. But I truly feel like that was a “red flag” as to her not having the experience with doing a pico laser for specifically flat mole removals. I feel like a lot of people here just do not have the experience and skills to do procedures like these, and still try and sell the customers on hope. If you are ABLE TO GO TO KOREA to get procedures like this - less money and way more efficient !!!

I've been coming here since August and it has definitely been a great experience. Andrea and Shyne are so sweet and just make the whole experience comfortable and relaxing . I've seen a significant change in my skin and have even started to get compliments on my skin 😍I have a skin care routine now which i never had before and their products actually work compared to brand names and routines ive used in the past . I'm definitely a continued customer now and highly recommend them

Legit WASTE of TIME & MONEY 😭 ugh - I do not want to sound like a “Karen” which is why I’ve refrained from leaving a review - but honestly if it could help someone else maybe it’s worth it. I did the Pico Laser supposedly to help “fade” my two small flat moles that I have on my nose. The downtime was almost like TWO WEEKS & I paid around like $500 for both to “fade” with the treatment. And of course, did NOT FADE AT ALL. I was told it should fade at least a bit which I expected but literally looked the same if not DARKER?? And was told she did not “go deeper just in case of how I would react to the treatment” but of course I had to PAY AGAIN to do another round for it to “MAYBE” fade AGAIN? (I DID NOT do it again) - and instead recently went to SEOUL KOREA where they did the treatment with a co2 Laser for like $60 FOR BOTH MOLES - and BOTH ARE NOW FADED !! (NO DOWNTIME !!) Never again will I get a treatment here in the US because it seems like a lot of people are just not experienced as they claim to be and especially for the amount of money being spent. I legit regret coming here SO much because I could’ve just used that money towards doing it in Korea like I ended up doing anyways.

I absolutely love my experience here. Very comfortable and nice place. The staff is amazing! The products are amazing and they definitely get your skin to where it needs to be.
