I had a great experience with Katie at Boston Medical Aesthetics for my Botox treatment. She was knowledgeable, informative, and incredibly gentle throughout the entire process, which made me feel completely comfortable. The office staff was welcoming and professional, and the space itself is beautiful and relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Boston Medical Aesthetics Review On 10/24/25 I visited Boston Medical Aesthetics for filler removal under my eyes and was treated by Nurse Practitioner Jenn. From start to finish, she was exceptionally professional, precise, and compassionate. Jenn took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Her expertise and gentle approach made all the difference — the results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Overall pretty disappointing experience. I went in with hopes of getting a small amount of botox and to potentially even out my eyebrows. The injector recommended more than I was initially comfortable with despite me saying I didn't want to be completely frozen - I trusted her advice since she has the expertise. I wound up with my forehead feeling uncomfortably heavy and very hooded eyelids for months. In addition, I developed crows feet (I assume from other muscles compensating for how frozen my forehead was) - thankfully the crows feet have dissipated now that the tox has worn off. I would have assumed that a business with such high reviews would have taken these impacts into consideration and provided a more balanced approach.

I didn’t not know how to say this any other way than Kate Deery is a miracle worker! Not only is she incredibly personable and sweet as can be, but she literally makes me look 15 years younger every time I go see her. I have been getting Botox for about 10 years and just recently moved to Boston. I’ve had Botox with Kate twice now and I’ll never go anywhere else. She is a pro at subtly lifting the eyes and cheeks and minimizing jowls. I love going to her and for once look forward to my Botox appointments!! Highly recommend!

I can't give a strong enough recommendation for the treatments at Boston Medical Aesthetics. Not only did I have great results but the staff was first class and really cares about the experience for their patients. Maya and Bridget were particularly amazing!
