I had such a great experience at bella vida! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and welcoming and that’s why l have kept coming back. l had to take the opportunity to write a review because of how they showed such professionalism today! Unfortunately, to no fault of their own, they weren’t able to provide the exact service I originally booked due to malfunctioning equipment, but they handled it SO well. l am glad we were able to do something else and that they value safety first. Things happen, and how a business owner responds to the problem tells a lot about the establishment and their staff. This was my 3rd appointment here, and now l will be loyal for as long as l am in the area. You get what you pay for. Their services are top of the line, explained well by my esthetician Ima, and all use some sort of advanced technology. Ima was knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work and wanted me to feel happy with the results of an amazing alternative service. Think korean skin care + a knowledgeable professional + tools that feel good, but pack a punch. My results so far are great. My skin is clearing up and i’m very happy l chose to come here for my services to prepare for my wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! From the moment you walk in, everything feels clean, professional, and welcoming. The service is always flawless, and the results are consistently beautiful and natural. Iani is absolutely incredible. I trust her completely. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, honest, and truly cares about making you feel comfortable and confident. I would never go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

Ina and Bella Vida IS THE BEST!! I just started coming here and Ive never had such great results and she is so knowledgable ! She also has a great friendly personality ! I feel like I am seeing a friend for my treatments since the day I met her.... I drive over an hour to get to see her and it's WELL WORTH IT !!! AND the membership?? come on now...this is a like a dream place! DEF go for all your aesthetic and other treatments here...you wont be disappointed !
