I've been a resident at the Bella for two years now and I just resigned my lease! Very pleased with Caroline, she is always on top of my requests and very friendly when I come into the office! The new macitence staff took care of all of my work orders quickly. I am looking forward to another year here!

Me and my family have been living at the Bella for about 3 years. They had an amazing front office team but recently got a new property manager “Jackie” Jacquelyn Torres, which she is the reason for the 1 star review. She has been so unprofessional and so rude to my family. They really did have such a great team before Eli, the previous property manager, left. We are not renewing our lease because neither me, my husband, or my sister who lives with us can stand dealing with her and she’s only been here a month. She has been rude to all three of us on separate occasions and is only defensive when issues are brought to her. She truly doesn’t care about the residents and lacks such professionalism and customer service skills. We can’t wait to be out of this complex. Several of my neighbors have had this same issue and already been treated with such lack of respect and professionalism from her as well. Jackie really needs an attitude adjustment and to learn how to talk and treat people.

I am beyond happy with my time at The Bella! The landscaping is beautifully kept. The maintenance and office staff our friendly & very helpful! Work orders get done in a timely manner & I rarely have to put any in. The inside of the apartments are unique & have lots of character, which is hard to find these days. I absolutely love the vaulted ceilings on the second floor units. The units are recently renovated & have quartz countertops, vinyl flooring, & in unit washer & dryer. One of my favorite details are the french patio doors, so cute! The exterior of the community is just as well kept & beautiful as the inside, which makes all the difference. There are tall trees, orange trees, & colorful flowered bushes. Both pools are always crystal clear & feel luxurious. An added plus is that both pools & the gym are open 24 hours! I definitely plan on renewing my lease when the time comes. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality living experience you are provided. I couldn’t ask for anything better! 10/10, would recommend The Bella!

Not renewing my lease due to the noise from my upstairs neighbors. They crate their barking dog 10 hours a day and have a sound system that goes through the entire apartment. Good luck to whoever gets this place next. Wish I would’ve just called the cops or animal control on them instead.

Worst apartment ever!! We rented a “newly renovated” apartment with the Bella in July 2021. It was the worst mistake we ever made. We moved in and things were already falling apart. We spent 6 months with a broken toilet, begging for it to be fixed. We had missing doors in our apartment, a broken dryer, and peeling laminate floors upon move in. We tried so hard to be patient, kind, and work with management. We had seen 4 different managers in less than a year. Throughout a year we had our bathroom ceiling fall down due to a leak. We had endless water shut offs for who knows why. It was endless issues with zero help. Management is a complete mess. Upon leaving they doubled our water bill for no reason and sent us to collections AFTER we made arrangements and paid. Now we paid the trumped up water bill and have collections coming after us for double. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS GARBAGE property!!
