She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for professional and thoughtful aesthetic care.

stopped in at Atossa Medical Spa with a friend, and we had a really great experience from start to finish. The provider was kind enough to stay later to help accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The entire visit felt very professional—it’s definitely more like a top-tier medical office than your average spa. The amenities were also a standout! They have an amazing coffee machine (seriously good) and the hot chocolate was excellent. It’s those little thoughtful touches that made the whole experience even better. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. I’m really happy with my results and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

I’d like to share my personal experience to entice people who are in the midst of choosing which provider they intend to avail excellent service. I underwent 3 sessions of PRP hair treatment with Atossa Medical Spa. 4 months after my first session the results are overwhelming. Prior to learning about the clinic, I’ve been actively googling reputable clinics in San Diego, when I came across Atossa Medical Spa. The ease of online appointment with flexible time scheduling and adjustments made me choose Dr. Fatemeh’s clinic. And ultimately, because she is a Cardiologist with more than two decades of clinical experience so I felt confident I made the right choice. I live 2 hours away that’s why I pointed out her flexibility with scheduling and time adjustments. I initially thought a CNA or a trained medical professional would handle my procedure (as with some other establishments) but to my surprise when the Dr. herself was actually the one to conduct it. During my first session, she explained the process very well. We also exchanged conversations which made a more at-home experience (the window view is a bonus). After applying numbing cream and letting it rest for a while, she began the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain during injection that I did not even notice we were done. Her hands are light in administering the injections. I had positive experience during my first session that I came back for two more. 1 week after my first session, my severe dandruff that had been bothering me for years had drastically been reduced. I work in a hazardous environment setting which requires the use of Hard-hats all the time which contributed to the degradation of my hair and scalp health. But now my scalp is much healthier and my hair doesn’t feel dry but wavier and fuller. Would 100% go back again for my yearly maintenance. I recommend Dr. Fatemeh to everyone. She’s very professional and intelligent. She’s also kind and sweet (she even gives out food and restaurant recommendations in the area!). *Be on the lookout for promos. As we all know prices in San Diego are competitive but she hands out generous promos. For such an excellent service curated to your personal needs, you will never go wrong with Atossa Medical Spa.
