I walked in and everyone was so kind immediately. I was offered water and tea and immediately felt the salon wellness atmosphere. I went in for Botox 2 weeks before my wedding and the whole thing felt so quick and easy. They were kind and informative. Post results I’m so grateful I look so much better. I also want to add before I left she told me if anything moves or changes and I don’t like it not to panic and to come back and she’ll help me. I didn’t end up having to go back but it did ease my anxiety a bit that she said that. I would definitely come back here.

I got Botox done here and my face turned blue afterward. I was really shocked and upset. I didn’t expect this kind of reaction, and I didn’t feel like I got the right support after it happened. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

First and foremost, I am in awe by how wonderful, nice and caring all of the staff are. They care about the client well being and they go beyond to make you feel welcomed. Now to the procedures… The products, the procedures, the treatments are so relaxing and AWESOME!!! If you had a bad experience somewhere else and you’re unsure if it’s worth it, I definitely recommend you this place. believe me they’re great. If you still insecure, I would suggest that you do a consult first to get to know the place and how it works. From my own experience I must say that I completely fell in love with them and I appreciate their work.

Adriana did my Botox injections (crows feet/eyes) about 3 1/2 months ago & it still looks & feels great. I’m just shy of 29 years old & just started a regular preventative anti-aging routine... I’m very new to Botox - Adriana made me feel comfortable right away because is extremely knowledgeable & could answer all my questions. Her space is beautiful & her assistant is lovely, as is she. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer👍🏻👩🏻‍🦰👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My previous Botox person moved, and I wasn’t sure where to go, but I live in East Boston so I figured I’d try somewhere local instead of driving to back bay. Adriana is amazing! The facility is gorgeous. It’s a 2 level place, the first floor is for all your aesthetic needs and the top floor is reserved for medical needs. Everyone that works there from the front desk to assistants are just lovely. Adriana is the owner and she’s meticulous in everything from bedside manor to her craft. I’ve never felt more relaxed and well taken care of in that type of setting. I’ve had exceptional results and will not ever need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend! I’m so excited to have found Aquabella.
