I went to Alena Med Spa for a CO2 laser treatment, and the experience was fantastic. The spa is located inside Alonso Medical Center East, so it's a real medical clinic, not just any spa. All the staff are doctors and healthcare professionals, and you can tell from the moment you walk in. They explain everything very clearly before starting, and while you do feel some pain during the procedure, it's not intense because they apply local anesthetic to your face, so it's quite tolerable. They're also attentive the whole time, and the service is incredible; they truly make you feel at home, as if the entire team is focused on you. After the treatment, your skin is red, like a sunburn, and then the peeling process begins to renew the skin, so you have to trust the process. You can feel your skin tighter from the first day, but the real change comes over the following days. My honest opinion: if you're looking to improve blemishes, texture, acne scars, or truly rejuvenate your skin, this is definitely worth it. It's not something superficial, but it is a treatment that works if you take good care of yourself afterward.
