I’ve been going to Alchemy43 for almost two years now, and every visit has been a great experience. The team is always welcoming and makes me feel comfortable as soon as I walk in. I’m usually taken back to a private room right away, with little to no wait time from my scheduled appointment. They listen to my concerns and give thoughtful, professional recommendations that truly fit my needs. What I appreciate most is that they never push extra treatments or try to upsell me—I always feel like their priority is making sure I’m happy with my results, and that’s why I keep coming back. The membership package has also been worthwhile for me since it allows me to save up between services, and the added perks like complimentary treatments and discounts are unmatched.

Love Alchemy 43! As a member of their rewards program I really appreciate the annual perks and access to promotions throughout the year. The care providers are wonderful; I’ve always had great experiences. Everyone from the front desk to client care team to providers have been professional, warm, and informative. Everyone has their own goals when it comes to medical cosmetic procedures; mine is to age well, and never look overdone (ideally I like to appear as if I haven’t had anything done at all, but simply to look refreshed and well rested) and the providers have always respected my wishes without pushing me in any direction I wasn’t comfortable with. Over the years I’ve been to a number of other clinics, but since finding Alchemy 43, I’ve stopped looking anywhere else. I absolutely recommend A43 to friends and family.

My injector injected the wrong muscle when doing masseter Botox and now I am paralyzed on one side of my smile. I look awful, and will be like this for months. They offered no refund. UPDATE: I was denied a refund again! They said I signed consents. Unreal.

Can’t say enough great things about the 3rd Street Location! The receptionist is so funny and charming and welcoming. It feels like talking to a friend. And my injector I am so sorry. I forgot her name, was so informative and patient and made me look like I’ve been on vacation for a week. Have to say this is a try intrude place and have never had a bad result here.
